- Prepare 1 cup of rava/ sooji.
- You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.

Upma with twist instructions
- In a pan add ghee when hot add mustard seeds urad and chana dal curry leaves whole red chilli when splatter add rava and roast it on low flame.
- Add water salt and turmeric powder stir continuously till smooth consistency there shouldn't be any lump take out from heat.
- Now in another pan add hung curd cream cheese fresh cream or thick coconut milk and grated cheese on a low flame cook while giving continue stir.
- Firstly in a serving dish appy ghee now spread the cooked upma by pressing it on it spread cheese sauce dry basil leaves powder if you have fresh grated coconut you can spread it too.
- Again one more layer on it press it spread fresh coconut shavings tomatoes thinly sliced in length wise and onion seeds just for good appear.
- Garnish it with cheese strips you can give microwave heat just before serving.
