  1. Put oil in a pan, fry the onions till translucent.
  2. Add in the tomatoes and let them simmer for five min.
  3. Add in your beef, reduce your heat to low, and let it cook for 30min,you can add in the water before covering it up.
  4. In another pan, add in the oil, let it heat and add in your diced onions and garlic, let it saute for a few minutes.
  5. Add in your chopped kales and cover for ten minutes then remove from pot.
  6. Serve with ugali or rice. Enjoy ☺.
