Ingredients of Spinach Dal vada
- It's 1 cup of Bengal gram dal.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 spoon of saunf.
- It's 1 of big onion finely chopped.
- Prepare 3-4 of garlic.
- Prepare 2 spoon of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 cup of spinach.
- You need as needed of Few coriander leaves chopped.
- It's As needed of Few curry leaves.
- It's as needed of Oil for deep frying.

Spinach Dal vada instructions
- Soak Bengal gram Dal for 30 minutes.
- Grind Bengal gram Dal along with red chilli powder,snauf,garlic,curry leaves.(not a smooth paste).
- Now add spinach and grind gently(not to smooth paste)transfer to a bowl and.add onion salt and Turmeric powder and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Once the oil is hot make small round,or flatten it and deep fry the vadas till it is cooked.(don't fry till it turns golden brown then vada will become rough).
