  1. It's 1 cup of Bengal gram dal.
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  3. You need 1 spoon of saunf.
  4. It's 1 of big onion finely chopped.
  5. Prepare 3-4 of garlic.
  6. Prepare 2 spoon of red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare 2 cup of spinach.
  8. You need as needed of Few coriander leaves chopped.

Spinach Dal vada instructions

  1. Soak Bengal gram Dal for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind Bengal gram Dal along with red chilli powder,snauf,garlic,curry leaves.(not a smooth paste).
  3. Now add spinach and grind gently(not to smooth paste)transfer to a bowl and.add onion salt and Turmeric powder and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Once the oil is hot make small round,or flatten it and deep fry the vadas till it is cooked.(don't fry till it turns golden brown then vada will become rough).
  5. NOTE: no need to add water anywhere..
