- You need 1 bunch of curly Kale roughly chopped.
- It's 1 of large lemon peeled and quarted.
- You need 1 inch of ginger peeled.
- You need leaves of Mint.
- It's of Pineapple quarter.

- You need 4 of large granny Smith apples cored and sliced.
